1. KEKUATAN (STRENGTHS)

1. Harga yang cukup terjangkau
2. Lokasi yang sangat strategis
3. Banyak cita rasa dengan harga kaki lima
4. Banyak variasi pada produk,sehingga memberikan alternatif kepada konsumen dalam memilih menu
5. Memberikan tampilan outlet yang lebih bersih dan menarik,sehingga para konsumen tertarik untuk melihatnya

2. KELEMAHAN (WEAKNESSESS)

1. Tidak adanya inovasi dari produk
2. Belum adanya surat izin resmi untuk mendirikan outlet
3. Kurangnya kedisiplinan dalam melayani konsumen
4. Lokasi parkir yang tidak luas,sehingga sulit para konsumen banyak yang datang
5. Tidak ada tempat yang nyaman untuk para konsumen

3. PELUANG (OPPORTUNITY)

1. Pola hidup masyarakat yang menyukai sesuatu yang praktis
2. Target pasar yang masih melebar luas
3. Belum banyak para pesaing dalam makanan ini
4. Meningkatnya gaya hidup terhadap para konsumen pada makanan ini
5. Lokasi yang mudah diberbagai kota besar

4. ANCAMAN (THREATH)

1. Banyak para pesaing yang berdatangan
2. Meningkatnya harga bahan mentah
3. Banyak konsumen yang sudah mulai bosan
4. Belum ada cabang yang tersebar dikota-kota kecil
5. Banyaknya kompetitor yang gencar beriklan

Travelling : AIR MANIS BEACH

On September 16, 2013 we will go to the AIR MANIS BEACH  together. We waited a long time and finally the car was coming and we were ready to head to the beach. in our car roaring laugh happily. By the time we laugh together, our car arrived it difficult to climb, finally some people got out of the car. Most were out of the car, they went pretty far while in the car had reached the top. After a tiring walk far enough and they finally arrived at the top as well and all got in the car. After that we will continue the journey so far. Arriving at the AIR MANIS beach , we took a picture together.

Air Manis beach  it is one of the beaches in the city of Padang is interesting to visit. The beach is beautiful, with hembusnya cool breeze, the sound of the waves, thus making the atmosphere peaceful and serene. On the beach there is the inscription "Malin Kundang SI", a stone of debris - debris of used boats and SI Malin Kundang.

After we enjoyed the atmosphere at the beach we rushed back to the house. Along the way we take time to eat together at a restaurant.  After we finished eating, we continued our journey back. During the trip we felt tired, we finally arrived at the house.
